How do I clean my jewelry?

To clean your jewelry, use a gentle soap and clean with a soft washcloth. Leave out to air dry. Do no use any harsh jewelry cleaners.

Each of our jewelry pieces is made from high-quality, ethically-sourced, eco-friendly materials that have been carefully handcrafted to last long. All of our jewelry is silver or gold plated on a brass base.

 When will my order be shipped?

Our standard processing time (not including shipping) for orders is 1 to 2 business days. 

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

We value our customers and stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 90 days of delivery.
